Annette Schrenkel was rude. She looked at me like in a diminishing way while I was signing in, then when I showed her my paperwork and explained what I was there for she told me to sign in, which I was already doing, and to wait. When she called me she did not say anything, she let me keep walking while she stood behind and looking at me like saying "Into this room, here". When she told me it was a urine sample that she needed, and I explained to her that I wasn't ready, she told me to grab a cup of water "from upfront" in a very shortworded way. After I collected the specimen in the bathroom, she told me to "go and sit in the chair" literally. I saw the chairs in the lobby so I went and was about to sit there when I see her again standing in silence next to one of the rooms. I told her "You could've told me it was there and not let me keep walking" but she interrupted me in a rude manner instead of apologizing.
When I told her she was rude and I was going to put comments on the internet about her she just said "Go ahead, it's not going to make a difference".
I can't believe that although I have never seen drugs in my life, I still have to go and get tested for getting a retail job and have to stand this kind of rude, terrible lab worker.
